This is a weekly yoga class for people in Liverpool or Merseyside with a physical and /or sensory disability to participate together in a safe and enjoyable way.
The postures are designed specifically for your individual needs helping with flexibility, strength, and balance. Each class includes time for relaxation, which gives us all a deserved rest after a busy week.
The practice of Yoga is about the recognition and awareness of our self-control of health: both physical and mental, all of which contribute to emotional and spiritual well being. Flex–Ability is therefore is a great way for people with a disability to look after their bodies and their minds in an enjoyable way.
